Cajun Chicken Wrap

Cajun Chicken Wrap

 

This wrap is very portable, big and filling.

 

In a hot non stick pan add:

  • 2.5oz sliced chicken
  • 1/3 green pepper, sliced
  • 1/3 red pepper, sliced
  • 2 tbsp red onion, sliced
  • Sprinkle 2 tsp of Cajun spices over chicken and vegetable

Lay whole wheat wrap on counter and spread 1 tbsp fat free mayo on wrap. Sprinkle mayo with 1 tsp of Cajun spice blend. Add a couple leaves of Boston Lettuce and 1 plum tomato sliced.

 

When chicken and vegetables are ready place them on wrap sprinkle with ½ oz shredded 18% MF cheddar and wrap it up. You could stop there but I like to kick it up by placing the wrap in a hot pan for about 20 seconds on each side to crisp it up.
