Ham Egg & Cheese Wrap

This one is a great way to start the day and a much better alternative to the drive through breakfast sandwich, and probably even faster.

  • 1 large whole wheat wrap
  • 1 whole egg
  • 3 egg whites
  • 2oz. lean back bacon (cooked)
  • ½oz shredded light cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

Mix egg and egg whites together with salt and pepper then scramble in a non stick pan. When they are almost done sprinkle with cheese and let melt. Place bacon (ham) on wrap and place eggs on top of ham, wrap up and get your day started.
