Who is Emerge for ?

If you are looking to change your body image or level of health then Emerge is for you. We have worked with all types of people from 500+lbs morbidly obese to some of the country’s top fitness models and competitors. There is no body image or health goal that we cannot help client achieve, after three decades in the fitness industry we have seen it all. Our client ages have ranges from 12 years old to 80+ years, the main bulk of our clients are 35-55.Personal training industry statistics state that 75% of clients are female but we tend to have a 50/50 split at Emerge. Our training approach tends to appeal just as much to men as women where most don’t.

 

If you don’t want to be in the gym for hours every day or doing mile after mile of cardio then Emerge is definitely for you. Our clients get into exceptional shape with only three 50 minute workouts per week (2.5 total hours) and there is no cardio required in order to lose fat and tone your physique. I know this sounds too good to be true but again this approach has been tested on thousands for decades and is proven time after time. Most people spend too much time doing the wrong thing for their goals,just like sport specific training there is goal specific training. If a sprinter trains the way a marathon runner does the sprinter will become a worse sprinter not a better one. If you are doing the wrong type of exercise or eating the wrong way for your goal you will never reach it, at best you will stay the same or in some cases cause more damage and move farther from your goal.

At Emerge we don’t focus on WEIGHT loss we focus on FAT loss, two completely different things. Weight loss results in a slower metabolism and 95% of the time weight coming back but fat loss results in a maintained or faster metabolism and weight staying off. So if you are someone that is looking to get into shape for the first time or you have tried everything over the years with limited to no success Emerge is definitely for you.
