Silvana Salvati's Bio

It's never too late and although I've been active and competative my whole life I
never thought that I could look like the girls you see on Oxygen Msgazine. I first
heard of figures competitions almost 2 years ago and then new that one day that's
what I wanted to do. That dream became reality when my friend and figure competitor
Pauline told me about her success in figures and how she's training with Darrin at Emerge.
After going to Itlay for 10 days in April 08 and gaining almost 10 pounds I met with Darrin.

I remember beeing inspired and excited about the new approach to achieving the body
I always wanted but something was always missing. Four month after arriving from Italy
and then training with Darrin he told me that he thought I was ready for my first figures
competition, we had one month to dial into contest shape and couldn't have done it
without the help of the whole Emerge team. So much support from beggining to end
and the result was victory!
