Tuna Salad Wrap

This is another quick one for any time of the day, if you want to take this one to a new level use fresh tuna that you grill or broil instead of canned.

  • 1 large whole wheat wrap
  • 1 can tuna drained (6oz packed in water)
  • 2 tbsp low fat whipped dressing
  • ¼ dill pickle diced
  • 4” piece of celery diced
  • ½ green onion chopped
  • ½ tbsp 3/6/9 oil
  • ¼ cup shredded lettuce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

In a bowl combine everything but the lettuce and wrap and mix together. Once combined place and wrap cover with lettuce and wrap it up.
