Tuna Salad Wrap
This is another quick one for any time of the day, if you want to take this one to a new level use fresh tuna that you grill or broil instead of canned.
- 1 large whole wheat wrap
- 1 can tuna drained (6oz packed in water)
- 2 tbsp low fat whipped dressing
- ¼ dill pickle diced
- 4” piece of celery diced
- ½ green onion chopped
- ½ tbsp 3/6/9 oil
- ¼ cup shredded lettuce
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a bowl combine everything but the lettuce and wrap and mix together. Once combined place and wrap cover with lettuce and wrap it up.
