In 2005 I was injured which left me with a problem with my sciatica. I had to put my training and Figure Competitions on hold and took almost one year off.That was when I began to gain weight and lose muscle.I had no motivation to go back to the gym. On top of that, I was still having to struggle with horrible back pain. When I decided to go back to the gym it was hard because of the weight that I gained and the muscles lost.Not training for so long I felt that I needed something to motivate me to get back on track and to prevent further injury.I decided to talk with Darrin at Emerge Lifestyle & Fitness Training.I also wanted to compete again be a part TEAM EMERGE. I was trilled because I finally had a goal set and was ready to challenge myself and my body to get the next level.With Darrin’s help I was able to achieve my goal in only 5 months! The best way to achieve your goals is not to get discouraged, it is to surround yourself with knowledgeable people that will help you and are there to support you.This is what TEAM EMERGE is all about!
